Back in March, Vice President Joe Biden and his security entourage made news when it was discovered that their one night stay at the Intercontinental Paris Le Grand cost an incredible $585,000.
Today, the Weekly Standard published the security contract for Biden’s three day, two night stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore. The total cost? $583,000. Hey, we’re improving!
The only description given on the contract reads as follows:
“Large and secure hotel approved by the host government with sufficient sleeping rooms, office space, parking space, and meeting space to host a VIP visit of over 250 guests during the principal’s (Biden’s) visit.” Full story...
