Australian woman files case for harassement against porn-watching colleagues...

A workplace bullying claim brought forward by an air traffic controller is set to develop into a landmark discrimination case.

Kirsty Fletcher alleges the harassment included being exposed to pornographic images on computers at work.

Ms Fletcher says the bullying and harassment she experienced at Airservices Australia was so bad she feared for her safety and that of her unborn baby.

Now the Federal Court in Melbourne has to decide whether being exposed to pornography on a workplace computer breaches the Federal Sex Discrimination Act. More...
